A community for young adults (18–30s) to go deep in the Word and wide in fellowship — rooted in Christ, growing together.
Rooted is HBC's young adults ministry for college students and those in their careers — focused on teaching and equipping the next generation of believers. Led by Samuel Muñoz, we provide a forum for young people to become firmly rooted in Scripture through general sessions and small groups, learning to implement the personal applications of God's Word in the pursuit of personal holiness and unity in the faith. (Eph. 4:12–16)
Our aim is to disciple, equip, and unleash young adults through the Word of God. Every human being will at some point ask critical questions: "What is my purpose in life?" "Does truth really exist?" "Is God real?" Rooted is a place to find those answers together. We are currently studying the book of Acts during our general meetings.
Whether you are in college, just starting your career, newly married, or somewhere in between — you belong here. Come and be rooted.
"Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude."Get Connected
