The Holy Scriptures
We believe the 66 books of the Bible are the inspired, inerrant, infallible, God-breathed Word of God and the only rule of faith and practice.
Our doctrine is anchored in God's written Word, the only absolute standard for truth, faith, and practice.
We believe God has not left His church without guidance. The Bible gives the church its doctrine, its worship, its mission, and its pattern for life together. Our doctrinal statement exists so believers can be built up in sound doctrine and equipped to refute error with grace and truth.
Two convictions stand underneath the whole statement: the Bible is true and is our only absolute standard for truth, and the God revealed in Scripture exists as Creator and Sustainer of all things.

We believe there is one living and true God, eternal and perfect in all His attributes, existing eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe the Father orders and disposes all things according to His purpose and grace, creating, sustaining, governing, and redeeming for His glory.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, virgin born, crucified for sinners, physically raised, ascended, interceding, and coming again.
We believe the Holy Spirit is a divine Person who regenerates, sanctifies, indwells, fills, gifts, empowers, and guides believers into truth.
We believe mankind was created directly by God in His image, fell in Adam, and is lost in sin apart from God's grace in Jesus Christ.
We believe salvation is wholly of God by grace through the redemption of Jesus Christ, not on the basis of human merit or works.
We believe Christ is the head of the church, which gathers in local assemblies for worship, discipleship, fellowship, ordinances, and gospel mission.
We believe angels are created beings who serve and worship God, and that Satan is a fallen angel, defeated through Christ and destined for judgment.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people, the return of Christ, final judgment, and the eternal state in which God dwells with His redeemed people.
We believe saving faith embraces what Scripture says about God, sin, Christ, repentance, obedience, and the believer's new life in Him.
We believe marriage was instituted by God as the covenant union of one man and one woman, and that all people must be treated with compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity.
